I received my parcel but only some of the products were in there?
We are committed to working with production partners who meet our ethical standards. As well as partners who specialise in certain types of products.
This results in us using different manufacturers all around the globe. This is the reason why not all our products will arrive at once and will incur seperate shipping fees.
Is the shipping fee for all items or one item?
Most manufacturers only choose to specialise in 2-3 different products. For example, we use one company for t-shirt, another for embroidery, and another for our custom jerseys.
This is why you may be charged a higher shipping rate. As they will arrive from different locations in separate parcels.
The total shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

We are shipping as normal, but things can change quickly, but we promise to also update you as quickly as possible!

How we are protecting our people and customers.
We have multiple warehouses all over the world that allow us to print products domestically.
However, as a precautionary measure and out of care for everyone’s wellbeing, we've added extra hours of proactive deep cleaning in each warehouse everyday.
Additional hygiene measures include:

- The majority of our staff work remotely. And do not come into contact with your product and or other staff members.
- Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising our packaging & manufacturing facilities.
- Constantly monitoring health and hygiene practices with our staff.
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. Due to the customisable nature of some of our products and the different size options we offer, all our products are print-on-demand, meaning we do not pre-print artwork and hold it in a warehouse. Because of this, we are unable to swap your artwork for another. Unless the item is faulty upon receiving it.

2. Attach and email us an image of the damaged product.
3. Our support staff will contact you and provide you with a refund or replacement.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees to receive my replacement product?
Nope, we will happily cover 100% of the shipping cost to replace your product.
Do I have to send the product back to your warehouse for a refund/replacement?
Nope! A refund/replacement will be provided once we receive and approve photo-proof of you receiving a faulty item.
Can I exchange my item for a cheaper or more expensive item?
Sure. If you choose a cheaper item, we will refund you the extra amount you have already paid. If you choose a more expensive item, you will be required to pay the extra amount required.
To cancel or amend your order free of charge, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order after this time, as production has already begun. Refunds are only entitled for faulty products.
